How nice to come home to my pretty little calico kitty. She's waiting at the door for me every day.
Of course, she's also loudly declaiming for me to get it in gear and give her her afternoon share of Fancy Feast. But I like to think the first words out of her mouth are: "Hi mommy, I missed you." Followed immediately of course by "Now get me my treat, bitch."

Sugar's doing the same thing to me every afternoon. She used to wait until 6 PM. Now, it's like I walk through the door at 4:15 and she's clawing at the kitchen cabinet door where all the goodies are hidden and howling like a banshee.
Patience is a virtue lost on felines.
They have us trained, don't they?
