The Chateau Elan

Sauvignon Blanc went down smooth with some oven-roasted salmon fillets & a black bean & shoe peg corn mixture.

I'd like it (the Sauvignon Blanc) to be a bit crisper, but it's got a nice, buttery texture of its own I'm really digging.
